With money generated from donations by car owners clubs, the public, traders and proceeds from the raffle, Japan North 2009 saw a total of £1550 raised so far. We do however hope that this total will continue to rise as donations are still being received and we encourage everyone to contribute. This can be accomplished by using the "Donate" button at the base of each page.

Japan North will be donating the money that has been raised to the following charities:

The show was founded in aid of Butterflies, Childline North West, Wigan & Leigh Hospice and Christie Hospital, each of which received a donation from the funds generated from the event both in 2007 and 2008.

The event is completely non-profitable and all proceeds go to charity. There is no entry fee, all that is asked of those that attend is to simply contribute to the show's purpose; the charities. Our marshals were present with collection buckets for those attending ths show to donate toward these causes.

Each year the afore mentioned charities have been presented with cheques and have had coverage in local press.
